HOW TO ACCESS THE “MEMBERS ONLY” INFORMATION 

Starting on the www.alplodging.org home page:

• Click log in, which is in the upper right corner.

• Enter your email in the email field.

•  Click ‘forgot password’: you’ll re-enter your email, type in the CAPTCHA code, and click send.

• Within a few minutes you’ll receive an email with your password.

• When you enter the password, you will first have to accept 'terms and conditions' and then you are logged in and arrive at the home page.

• To access your member profile, click on your name, which now is in white letters at the top of the screen--near where you first saw the words 'log in'. When you click on your name, it takes you to your member profile. NOW you can fill in the blanks, put in your number of rooms, update information, change your password, etc. and then click save. 

• Take a look at your Membership information:

• If you were both an AIHP+PAII member, you have a new membership renewal date as we’ve combined the number of months remaining on both memberships for you.

• On/just before your renewal date you will automatically receive an invoice with instructions for payment.

• Members who had a renewal date between January 1 and February 6 now have a renewal date of February 7^th.

•  Once you add your credit card information, you won’t have to do it again until it expires/you notify us about a problem.

•  At present, everyone was assigned an annual membership level when PAII and AIHP merged on January 1, 2020; if you prefer to pay your dues monthly, please contact Debbie Anderson, membership@alplodging.org 765-586-6295 (between 9 am - 9 pm EST and she will make the change for you.

• Whenever you leave your member profile click SAVE at the upper left of the screen or as prompted.
