Smoked Foods are incredibly easy to do in all seasons and add a wonderful touch to breakfasts to wow your guests. Smoking foods in house can also save money as while generally viewed as luxury food items, the price when bought retail usually reflects it, so by doing it in house you can save money AND add some variety to your breakfasts. Smoking is not just for meat and fish. Fruits, vegetables and herbs can also be smoked. Smoking doesn't just use wood chips, you can add tea and a variety of other edible items to smoking that can bring wonderful subtle flavors to foods.
