Returning Sponsors
If you sponsored in 2026, you’ll have the right of first refusal on your previous sponsorship items. After that window closes, all remaining opportunities will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

All sponsors receive recognition in the ALP eNewsletter, event website, signage, in event mobile app, and during the Annual Membership Meeting.
Sponsorship tiers are a factor in booth placement. Booth placement is prioritized based on sponsorship tier, past ALP conference exhibition history, and date of tabletop exhibit registration.Â

Returning 2026 sponsors have the right of first refusal on previously sponsored exclusive sponsorship items until July 15, 2026. After that, all opportunities are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Sponsor may reserve meeting space on Monday, February 22, 2027 to host educational workshops, product demonstrations, or informational sessions.
Welcome Gift - $500 (Non-Exclusive)
Sponsors will have the opportunity to give a welcome gift to all registered attendees. Item will be distributed at the registration desk when attendees check-in. Sponsor is responsible for the printing, production, and/or shipping of the item.

New for 2027, Allied Partners may reserve meeting space on Monday, February 22, 2027, to host educational workshops, product demonstrations, or informational sessions.
