2027 Marketplace Information
The ALP Unlocked Marketplace will continue to feature tabletop exhibits designed to encourage interaction and conversation in a more accessible and relationship-focused environment.
Additional details regarding setup, shipping, ordering information, and exhibitor services will be provided prior to the event.
Complimentary wireless internet will be available. Exhibitors requiring power or additional services will order directly through the hotel.
New for 2027! Hosted Drink Ticket Bundles
Exhibitors and sponsors now have the option to purchase drink ticket bundles to share with attendees during the Welcome Reception or Wednesday Evening Dinner.
It’s a simple way to spark conversations, encourage booth visits, and create additional networking opportunities throughout the event.
Drink ticket bundles may be added during exhibit registration or purchased later by contacting conference@alplodging.org.

- Monday, February 22: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Exhibit Hours:
- Monday, February 22: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Welcome Reception)
- Tuesday, February 23: 11:30 AM – 2:00 PM (Lunch + Exhibit Time)
- Wednesday, February 24: 11:30 AM – 2:30 PM (Lunch + Exhibit Time)
Exhibitor Move-Out:
- Wednesday, March 4: 2:30 PM – 5:00 PM
Exhibit hours have been carefully refined based on prior exhibitor feedback to improve attendee traffic and ROI. No competing sessions will take place during key exhibit hours.

Booth Placement Priority
Booth selection will be prioritized based on:
- Sponsorship tier (total commitment)
- Past ALP conference exhibition history
- Date exhibit registration is received
Space is limited and expected to sell out — early registration is encouraged!
A Note on Vendor Conduct
Unauthorized vendor solicitations, suitcasing, or promotion by unregistered exhibitors are strictly prohibited. Only confirmed exhibitors will have access to promote their products and services at the event.
Cancellations & Refunds
We understand that plans can change. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to be eligible for a refund. Refunds will be processed based on the date the written notice is received:
- 100% refund – More than 180 days before the event
- 50% refund – Between 90 and 179 days before the event
- 25% refund – Between 60 and 90 days before the event
No refund – Within 59 days of the event
