Returning Sponsors
If you sponsored in 2025, you’ll have the right of first refusal on your previous sponsorship items. After that window closes, all remaining opportunities will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

All sponsors receive recognition in the ALP eNewsletter, event website, signage, in event mobile app, and during the Annual Membership Meeting.
Sponsorship tiers are a factor in booth placement. Booth placement is prioritized based on sponsorship tier, past ALP conference exhibition history, and date of tabletop exhibit registration.

Returning 2025 sponsors have the right of first refusal on previously sponsored exclusive sponsorship items until July 15, 2025. After that, all opportunities are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Available options include:
Opening Session - $15,000 (Exclusive) - SOLD
Includes recognition and podium time during the Tuesday morning Opening Session. This sponsorship also includes sponsor logo signage on the podium.
Audio Visual - $10,000 (Exclusive)
Includes company logo on all breakout session title slides.
Welcome Reception - $10,000 (Exclusive)
Includes signage and recognition during the Monday evening Welcome Reception, held in the exhibit hall.
Wednesday Dinner - $10,000 (Exclusive)
Includes recognition and podium time during the Wednesday evening dinner.
Mobile App - $7,500 (Exclusive) - SOLD
Includes a customizable clickable banner advertisement within the app for all mobile app users to see.
Tuesday Lunch - $7,500 (Exclusive)
Includes signage and recognition during the Tuesday lunch held in the exhibit hall.
Wednesday Lunch - $7,500 (Exclusive)
Includes signage and recognition during the Wednesday lunch held in the exhibit hall.
Badge Lanyards - $5,000 (Exclusive)
Your logo will be on the name badge lanyards given to all attendees.
Conference Bags - $5,000 (Exclusive)
Your logo will be on every conference bag given to all attendees.
Water Stations - $5,000 (Exclusive)
Includes signage at all water stations during the entirety of the event. Includes a branded water bottle for all attendees with your logo!
Tuesday Continental Breakfast - $3,500 (Exclusive)
Sponsor logo will be placed on signage at the breakfast station.
Wednesday Continental Breakfast - $3,500 (Exclusive)
Sponsor logo will be placed on signage at the breakfast station.
Thursday Continental Breakfast - $3,500 (Exclusive)
Sponsor logo will be placed on signage at the breakfast station.
Tuesday AM Coffee Station - $2,500 (Exclusive)
Sponsor logo will be placed on signage at the coffee station
Wednesday AM Coffee Station - $2,500 (Exclusive)

Annual Membership Meeting - $2,000 (Non-Exclusive)
Sponsors will receive on-screen recognition during the annual ALP Membership Meeting.
Welcome Gift - $500 (Non-Exclusive)
Sponsors will have the opportunity to give a welcome gift to all registered attendees. Item will be distributed at the registration desk when attendees check-in. Sponsor is responsible for the printing, production, and/or shipping of the item.
